Blå Lös

Blå Lös from F&L is a must try in my book. Bakes easy, holds up well, and can easily be an all day snus. It's only available at Northerner.com so you'd have to head over there to pick it up. Now back to the snus.

I would describe the smell of Blå as sweet with a hint of chocolate. It's a strong smell (if the can is open you can smell it from at least a few feet away), but not a bad one. That doesn't mean use it as an air freshener or sprinkle it around the house to set the mood (I don't think your Significant Other would be able to appreciate the smell as much as you or I).

This is a snus you can put under your lip and forget about. It's not to rough and not to soft. You can move it around with ease and not have to worry about the dreaded mudslide, but you might have to pay attention because Blå tends to slide down quicker than most other snus I've used. A quick push with the tongue can fix that though.

Now on to the best part. The taste. Simply put imagine a lovechild of Ettan and Grovsnus. Yes, I know it may be hard to fathom such a thing, but trust me, it is real. Think, the pure tobacco of Grovsnus with the chocolate undertones of Ettan and you have what is known as Blå. Now some people will say it tastes artificial because of the caramel coloring, but I'm not one of them...mainly because I've never tasted caramel coloring or cared to hone in on it in any products that may have contained it. To each their own, as stated in my introduction everyone's tastes are different, but it's always best to approach every snus with an open mind.

I would say that this could be an all day snus. In all honesty I could never make it my one and only, but a great product nonetheless. Blå is more like my mistress snus (or that really hot babysitter that your wife hired, because let's face it, when the cat's away the mouse will play), something that I will use as a frequent break from my normal line up.
